Udd is rooted in a long tradition of running in Finland. From dirt tracks to city streets, the rhythm of movement has passed from one stride to the next—shaping who we are.

Shipping and returns
Shipping
At UDD Sports Oy, we strive to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days from the order date (Monday to Friday). All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Helsinki, Finland.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via the email address provided. Your order will be delivered either directly to your shipping address or to the nearest Posti pick-up point. Posti will notify you of the package arrival via text message, email, or the Posti app.
If UDD Sports Oy has any concerns regarding a customer’s payment ability or credit information, we reserve the right to hold or delay the shipment until sufficient clarification has been obtained.

Returns and exchanges
You have a 14-day right to return or exchange products purchased from UDD Sports Oy’s online store.
Returns and exchanges are free of charge. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and all tags must still be attached to be eligible for return. Items must be resalable. Return rights do not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, such as underwear and socks.
Before returning any items, please contact our customer service at info@uddsports.com with your order number, the product to be returned, and the reason for the return. Pack the unused product in its original packaging and include a note with your order number, name, and contact details. Clearly label the package with the return code provided in your email. Use the same shipping company or drop-off point as in the original delivery.
Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund your payment for the returned items. Exchanges will also be processed once the return has been received, and we will then send the replacement product free of charge.
If you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange either a free return or the delivery of a replacement product.
We do not compensate for items lost in transit and do not accept products returned used or in poor condition.
